I had a hard time with this title.
Why?
Because the reality is that the relationship SUCKS. 
Realtors, real estate agents, agents, brokers blah blah blah what ever we call ourselves has trained the public and FSBOs in particular to not trust and dislike us. 

House salesmen. 

ICK
Like a car salesman that no one likes we have now become that. To that level. 

WHY?
How can we fix it?
How can we work together?
And can FSBOs really work and put us out of a job?
