Life. It will always get in the way when we are working towards something. Most of the time when it does, it is something outwith of our control. But, it is how we deal with these moments that will dictate the progress we make towards our end goal. In this episode I touch on the all or nothing mindset, consistency over perfection, why keeping the end goal in mind will help, and how to be organised, yet adaptable.
