Low and behold!!! A podcast episode about NATURAL BIRTH! This is something I am OVERLY passionate about but I keep it to myself most of the time. Since as long as I can remember, I’ve yearned to be a mother. And although I’m still not a mom and don’t have kids myself, I dedicate a lot of my time to researching all things pregnancy, birth, laboring, and motherhood. Because I feel like it is my duty to become educated on this topic and take back my power as woman by not succumbing to the indoctrination and manipulation that is done to mothers through the medical system. Today, I’m sitting down to talk with one of my best friends, Ingrid, who is a mother of two daughters that she successfully home birthed. We talk about why mothers choose home birth to begin with, what we need to REMEMBER in terms of birth and pregnancy, who you can have to work alongside a natural birth, how to manage your birth rights and placenta, how to mitigate labor pains through meditation / breath, and also about Ingrids own personal birth stories.
