Alicia Fistonich is a female strength coach out of Valhalla who has started the Strong Woman Project.

The Strong Woman Project is having their first big fundraising event this Saturday the 3rd of November. All funds raised will be going to Friends with Dignity. A charity that helps families integrate into new homes after being victims of domestic violence.
