"The Registrar of Companies introduced the Beneficial Ownership (BO) E-register on 13th October 2020.
This means that all registered companies are now expected to prepare a form/register setting out all the information relating to their beneficial ownership and lodge the same with the Registrar within thirty (30) days of its preparation."
