This week I am joined by Conrad Goodhew. He is an Accredited Sports Dietitian who works as a Performance Dietitian for the Crusaders Rugby Union and the Black Ferns Hub. He also runs his own business - Conrad Goodhew Nutrition where he has the tagline “let’s not overcomplicate this eating thing”.
I have always appreciated his no-nonsense approach to nutrition and really enjoyed recording this one to share with you all. We cover his background, his work in professional sports, some of his core approaches to his craft, why he doesn't prescribe meal plans, and plenty more.
