Ros and his wife emily JUST had a baby boy who has been in the shop almost every day since he is 9 days old. Emily laughs but it's true. Sometimes when we are overtired and our brains feel like mush - we have some of the best ideas! The names of their doughnuts are epic and this interview is one for the books!
