Do you self reflect? When I say this, I don't mean do you overthink and over analyze your life. I mean do you take a scheduled moment to write down accomplishments or purposefully think and take inventory on a particular time span or event? I gotta girl 4 that...it's me. I just did this, and I recorded it for you. While days can be crazy and things in life happen, take time for the life inventory. In this episode I talk about:

Not this one.  Before the pandemic started, Amy Astrowsky lived in LA as a mother and successful big deal fashion designer for some of your favorite brands. This hasn't changed, well the job titles. But, there have been some major changes in her life, like her move to South Florida! How did Queer Eye change the life a young mom on the treadmill? I am always drawn to people who have passions (probably because that was such a big question in my life until recently). Even if our passions don't align...there is an energy a connector. LBR is one of these women, these people of passion and authenticity. A speaker, an educator, a coach, a survivor of international sex trafficking, and a believer that we each have a David inside of us when faced with a Goliath.
