If you have been with us since day one, you may know that we both have a lot of similar characteristics, values and beliefs. However, one thing that is a little different is how we react to conflict, challenging moments or heated situations.
Sam is a little quicker to react and can be quite assertive, whereas Amelia tends stay quiet (not because she’s too afraid to speak up) but more like waiting for the right moment and likes to assess the situation a little longer.
