Michael welcomed John Donnelly, a veteran of the housing industry, to the 'Building Bigger Lives' podcast. John, who currently serves in a leadership role at Service 1st Mortgage in Dallas, Texas, shared his growth-oriented mindset and his journey in the housing industry, which started in 1997 as a loan officer at a mortgage company. John's previous roles included referral-based loan officer and various other positions. He also shared that he had been with only two companies since 2002, the second of which he joined after the first one went bankrupt in 2009.

John shared his growth-oriented mindset, personal board of directors, and his reflective journey towards personal growth on the 'Building Bigger Lives' podcast. He also discussed his recent experience with the 12-hour walk, his use of social media, and his strategies for maintaining a positive company culture at Service 1st Mortgage. The group also explored the concept of dreaming big and pursuing personal visions, with John sharing his dream of owning a lake house with specific design features.
