>> Buck’s Fizz cocktail: 2 parts Champagne, 1 part orange juice

>> Hemingway cocktail: 1 ½ oz white rum, 1 ½ oz Luxardo, 1 ½ oz freshly squeezed lime juice, 1 ½ oz freshly squeezed grapefruit juice. Pour ingredients in cocktail shaker with ice, shake and strain into coupe glass.
