We are revisiting 1999, for the 4th time on this podcast. Who would have known so many unlucky movies were released that year?
Almost to the exact date, Office Space was released 20 years ago. 20 years ago, we were introduced to: A red stapler, Lumbergh, a defiant printer (who got what was coming), a case of the Mondays, TPS reports and flair.
In 2019, its hard to imagine a world without these things, but in 1999, people simply didn't care.
Its time to talk everything we love about Office Space and try to come up with an explanation with why this movie was labeled a disappointment in 1999.
