10 years ago from this exact date, the magnificence that was Jennifer's Body was given to the world. 

The film was helmed by 2 incredibly talented women, Karen Kusama and Diablo Cody, and completely flipped the horror genre upside down.

But the breath of fresh air was met with resistance. A poor box office performance, mediocre critics reviews and just like that, Jennifer's Body vanished from the world.

Well its 10 years later and we are hear to remind everyone, this movie kicks a lot of ass. Its time to revisit Devil's Kettle and break down why this movie was groundbreaking and what happened in 2009 that prevented it from being recognized as such. 

Did you know that Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets is consistently ranked the worst moving in the franchise? Excluding the Fantastic Beast spin offs of course.

In our very humble opinion, Chamber of secrets is criminally underrated and offers some of the most iconic Harry Potter moments the franchise has seen. Tom Riddle, the Basilisk, polyjuice potion, flying cars, Moaning Myrtle, Dobby- these were all first seen in this movie. 

Chamber of Secrets introduced a much darker version of the Wizarding World- one that would continue to grow darker as the series progressed- and we are here to remind you the important of Chamber of Secrets. 

But yes, it is very long.

We'll be honest, we completely forgot this movie existed. 

Lets be even more honest, didn't we all kind of forget it existed? 

So we watched it and oh boy, what a nostalgia bomb! This movie perfectly encapsulates what 1993 comedies were all about. 

But unfortunately for Coneheads, it was released after the enormously successful Wayne's World and didnt really catch on with audiences. 

But trust us when we say, this movie holds up, even in 2019. The comedy is fresh, the writing is fun and creative. Hell, even the topic of immigration is still very relevant (almost hits too close to home)

So lets enjoy mass quantities of Beldar, Prymatt and Connie in this 1993 Throwback

The movie is titled Double Teamed. 

Thats it. Thats why its unlucky. 

But we used this episode to talk about all our favorite DCOMs. From Brink to Motorcrossed. From Alley Cat Strike to Smart House. 

This episode is a blast to the past, so jump on the nostalgia train with us!

But seriously, they named the movie Double Teamed.

It really was only a matter of time until we tackled this movie. What is there to say that has not been said? 

Oh we know...

THIS MOVIE ISNT THAT BAD. 

Sure, the movie has senate hearings and opens up with some boring line about taxes. But there are plenty of redeeming moments in The Phantom Menace that as fans, we truly need to stop and appreciate. 

Yes. There are plenty of bad moments, but don't let the hate fill your heart. You do know what hate leads to, right? 

Its time to revisit Tatooine, podracing, senate hearings and some of the most truly odd moments in the Star Wars franchise. 

Look, we get it, but hear us out.

Transformers (07) really isn't as bad as everyone thinks and is still a ton of fun.

With 4 really really mediocre sequels (and 1 exceptional prequel), we found that the general public seems to forget how incredibly cool and kind of iconic the first film was. In some ways, the first film was kind of a game-changer and for that, we have to tip our hats. 

Episode 33 is full of explosions, robots, cool cars, really cheesy lines and did we mention, robots? The movie isn't perfect, but it is near and dear to our hearts. 

Unlucky Ones, roll out!

Wild Wild West. 

A steampunk, western, action, comedy. 

What else is there to say? A movie notoriously known as the movie Will Smith chose over The Matrix. A movie with a giant metal spider. A movie that had a badass country/rap song written for it. A movie that had no business being created and released. 

Yet here we are. And boy, are we forever grateful for this 1999 gem. Trust us, we know the movie is bad, but theres something to love about terrible jokes and cheesy action sequences. 

Can we find any redeeming facts about Wild Wild West? We sure as hell are going to try! And talk about what exactly went wrong for this movie.

What do all of these guys have in common? 

They all kick a lot of ass. 

Over the Top isn't a good movie. It's a bad movie. But its one of the best bad movies out there. 

Whats not to love about a guy trying to reconnect with his son using semi trucks and arm-wrestling? 

Stallone ruled the 80s, but despite his dominance, Over the Top ends up being a box office bomb. So what exactly did people not go for in 1987? We still cant figure it out. 

ITS ABOUT ARM WRESTLING AND FAMILY. and sort of semi-trucks.

Whats not to love?

Look, we totally get it. Jurassic Park is one of the most iconic films of all time. We have no qualms with that.

But c'mon guys, The Lost World is still an insanely fun sequel, jam-packed with some of it's own iconic lines and moments. We cant help but to love it immensely.

I mean, it has 50% MORE DINOSAUR ACTION. Plus a baby T-Rex. And something called the High Hide (coolest name ever?)

Okay the gymnastics part was a little lame...

BUT 50% MORE DINOSAURS.

Age of Ultron- the black sheep of the MCU. Per Rotten Tomatoes, it is the 4th lowest on the critic scale, only better than Iron Man 2, Thor: The Dark World and The Incredible Hulk, which really isn't the best of company to be surrounded by. 

So what is it exactly that people tend to cast Age of Ultron into the shadows? Is it the lack of development in its titular villain? Is it the anti-climactic ending?  In the grand scheme of the MCU- Age of Ultron sits in the corner and sometimes doesn't get the love it deserves. 

In episode 29, we are going to assemble the Avengers, talk about our favorite moments and try to figure out why this movie didnt work for people!
