What do all of these guys have in common? They all kick a lot of ass. 

Over the Top isn't a good movie. It's a bad movie. But its one of the best bad movies out there. 

Stallone ruled the 80s, but despite his dominance, Over the Top ends up being a box office bomb. So what exactly did people not go for in 1987? We still cant figure it out.
