In today's episode, I am sharing some 'spiritual mistakes' I have made in the past. I hope that in sharing these with you, you can learn something from them as well. It's okay to make mistakes, we are here to grow and evolve and it's all part of the human journey. While I don't regret anything, I have definitely learned to change my beliefs and actions so that I am aligned with my highest self. We are all spiritual beings having a human experience, and there isn't anything you 'must' or 'cannot' do to be spiritual. Give yourself permission to fully enjoy the human experience.
