Forgiveness is a timely topic for the holidays as families are gathering and as we are preparing to begin a new year and our minds are centered on transformation. Angie is a practicing attorney and certified professional coach who developed the Forgiveness Path to help people gain mastery over the skill of forgiveness.

There are many myths around forgiveness. One myth is that if we stuff it down, it will go away and we must forgive and forget. Or that forgiveness can only be realized if we are religious; we must tell the other person we have forgiven them; or we are better off following the mantra of "let Karma take care of it."

Angela shares the physical effects of hanging onto hate and the steps we must take to begin living a life free of the mental stronghold hate has on our lives.
