The question we want to ask this episode is, why are people so scared of rejection? Once you think of fear as just another feeling, you may start to see that all emotions are temporary. Nothing is forever, even happiness. When you start to change your mindset to seeing feelings this way, it may actually start to help put you out there and give things a crack. Even if you may get rejected.
Sometimes the fear of rejection is also from the fear of not being liked, being abandoned, not fitting in or being alone or have anxiety and much more. We also see that overcoming fear of rejection, falls hand in hand with stepping out of your comfort zone too.
So we wanted to say, once you change your perspective of your feelings. Sometimes it might be okay to get rejected, it might be okay to feel fear. It'll only helps you learn more from that experience!
