These tips came pouring out of me when I was having a pretty gnarly week with some of the news in the world, along with losing someone very dear to me all around the same time. I took notes in the vulnerable moments and wrote down my personal go-to ways I coped play-by-play. I wanted to share them in case there was a nugget or two in here for you. I will always keep it real here, so you see how not alone you really are.
