It’s even harder when learning how to do this is directly tied to how you feel about yourself. But sometimes it’s worth taking a step back and re-prioritizing your needs. What matters most to YOU? What drives YOU and YOUR happiness? Who do YOU want to invest a majority of your time in? When we ask ourselves questions like these, it puts into focus what we need to do for ourselves. Whether that be going up a size in pants or finally accepting that a friendship isn’t worth your time, getting yourself right mentally helps you reestablish who you are.
