In this episode we unpack how the postmodern church model is designed to yield the results it is producing: pastors that are burning out, & members that are labeled noncommittal. Our desire is to explore what the original intent of the church was as it was described in Ephesians with the various spiritual giftings (apostles, prophets, evangelists, teachers, shepherds).
