Julian Galea is an award-winning film director and founder of boutique studio Galea Pictures based in Sydney, Australia.

With a focus on narrative-driven content, Julian consistently pushes the creative envelope to explore each unique story and direct fresh, engaging and impactful cinematic stories across all modern media platforms and formats.

Following a series of short films and music videos, Julian made his feature film debut in 2017 with the travel romance LOVE TO PARADISE filmed in his motherland of Malta. The awarded film was released theatrically in Australia and Malta, reached iTunes’ Top 3 and is now streaming on Amazon Prime.

Julian’s new film, MADE IN MALTA, opens theatrically in Malta on June 5 following select screenings in Australia.
