At first I thought it was kind of unnecessary to make such a plan, since I thought I at least knew myself well enough to realise in what 'phase' I'm in and what's best for me. But often during said phases I can't rationalise anymore let alone think and actually do what's best for me. So this plan is really helpful. I can absolutely recommend making one for yourself, even if it's just to make an overview of what triggers you.
This is the plan we followed in my psycho education sessions, it's called 'APPA' meaning 'Autisme PrikkelPlan Alice' (Autism stimulus plan Alice). Alice is the name of the practice. Hope this helps a bit!
