After the events of Bisbee and all the acid flashbacks, BB goes on a "spiritual vigil" of sorts. As he pursues the Navajo elder who specialises in spirit-healing survivors of poisonous bites and stings. To confront some of his old bent reality flashback demons head on, he needs to visit a place he made up for narrative purposes in his debut novel "Fear of Hat Loss in Las Vegas". In the hope that he might separate the reality from the imagined. Instead some very trippy coincidences occur (which is the last thing he needs right now)!
