In this episode I interview my friend/roommate & Cellular Detoxification Coach, Reagan Malas, who I met while travelling in Costa Rica. I refer to him as my unofficial health coach since he's been giving me advice and tips regarding health and fitness for the past few months, but we share a lot of aligned views when it comes to food, fitness and lifestyle.
