Motivation is a tough one all year round, but it is super tough when the autumn arrives and the days are cold, dark and wet. The wonderful Laura and I discuss all things autumn and winter motivation. As coaches, we know it's hard, we know it takes effort - we feel exactly the same. In this episode we cover why it's ok to let your routine change, why going with the flow of the seasons is super helpful and how adjusting your expectations can help.
