>> The Old Cuban cocktail – 1 ½ oz aged rum, ¾ oz fresh lime juice, 1 oz simple syrup, 2 dashes Angostura bitters; mix ingredients in shaker, pour into a coupe glass and top with ½ oz champagne and a mint leaf
>> Peanut Butter and Jelly cocktail – 1 ½ oz Skrewball peanut butter whiskey, ¾ oz Chambord, pinch of salt; pout into glass with crushed ice, stir and top with 1 oz club soda
>> Manhattan cocktail – 1 oz Bulleit Rye bourbon, 1 oz sweet Vermouth, 2 dashes Angostura bitters, 1 dash orange bitters, garnish with Luxardo cherry
