Hey friends, 

I know today's topic is pretty controversial, but this is my story, my truth, and my experience with being on both ends of the spectrum in regard to society's beauty standards. Long story short, it's never easy being on either end. 

I hope today's episode inspires you to view others around you differently. I hope it inspires you to live your true authentic selves regardless of what others may have to say/think.
