When Demetrius lost his job - admittedly his own fault - he knew he needed to step back and take time for a personal transformation. In the process of becoming stronger spiritually and mentally, he lost more than 50 pounds. He gained the confidence to secure his next position as a Human Resources Director for a global company where he is thriving today. Endurance is going beyond the point you want to give up. Demetrius endured despair, self-doubt, and tremendous worry, and now shares his story to encourage people wading in the deep waters of divorce.
