Today we examine the current legal frameworks addressing online fraud in Kenya, we explores international best practices, and evaluates whether victims have access to adequate legal recourse. Ultimately, we seek to determine whether the law can keep pace with the rapid evolution of cybercrime and provide a robust reprieve for those affected.
