The New Testament describes how men should be raised up in the midst of a flock, in the midst of friendship, and under faithful leadership. Young men learn from godly men exemplifying what it means to be a pastor. It shapes the way they think about ministry.

Because of John's influence, Jerry and Lance have endeavored to carry those things into the next generation. It should be a continued chain. This baton gets passed down from generation to generation of faithful men, and that's something we don't want to lose.
