It’s not imposter syndrome unless you’ve done it before.

Yeah, I said that right. If you just aren’t ready to do something, you’re just a beginner.

That’s okay. Everyone starts at some point.

If you have done it before and you think you can’t, then it’s imposter syndrome.

Either way, I have some key thoughts today of how to handle your situation.

The best don’t try to avoid the challenges. They lean in whether it’s familiar or not.
