We get to chat with fellow UNCW Alum, Alaethea Hankins about her transition from marketing, and working in startups, to now working as VP of Ops for Common Desk, a larger company. She gives us key insight into what Common Desk does, small business culture, and what graduating college students should look for when searching for a job.
