End your year with acceptance and gratitude for 2021, so that you can start 2022 feeling clear and connected to how truly powerful you are.

Self-reflection can feel intimidating when we're in the mindset that our productivity = our value, or that perfection is something we can actually achieve, or that nothing we ever do can or will be enough. This practice is here to help you shift your view through a lens of gratitude. Take a pause in your day, have a seat or lie down, and close your eyes.

Use this meditation to cultivate peace with where you are at the end of your year, acceptance for that which did and did not transpire for you, and gratitude for all of the ways in which you've grown and become stronger, wiser, more resilient, and more connected to yourself as 2021 comes to a close. I always recommend having a journal nearby to write down any thoughts, realizations, or inspirations that transpire from meditation.
