This episode is a hard episode. Not many will listen to it. In fact, I bet you that this episode will get the LEAST amount of views. Because nobody wants to talk about this subject. Nobody wants to admit that they ARE racist. You may not be overtly racist, using the N-word, but you may have implicit bias. And here's the thing... you weren't born racist. I wasn't born racist. It's learned. And if we can learn it, we can UNLEARN it. This is an opportunity for you to step outside of your comfort zone and examine your life and change it. Becuase if you don't change it, you could unintentionally pass these biases onto your children. You could unintentionally show bias at work, or in your business. If we want to be on the right side of change, we have to do the work. I implore you.
As I mentioned, I would share with you some resources to help you with this journey.
