A very enjoyable and informative discussion with Philo covering topics on Heat and Altitude acclimatisation and strength and conditioning for the middle and distance runner. Philo has been heavily involved in researching and preparing athletes for major competitions for many years through his work as an exercise physiologist with the AIS. Philo is a very successful coach with Olympic and World Champ athletes in the squad whilst also being a very accomplished runner specialising in the 1500mtrs with 20 consecutive years of running at Nationals making finals majority of the time.
