In this episode I discuss my first experience trying the sacred plant medicine Ayahausca back in January 2021 while I was in Costa Rica. It was the most intense yet impactful step I’ve taken on my own healing journey and I left that experience with so many lessons that have humbled me and made me appreciate this gift of life.
