After struggling with burnout Dr sogol embarked on a journey of mindful living & became certified physician mindfulness coach. She utilizes mindfulness tools along with meditation, yoga, and breathwork, reiki, inner child work to connect to the present moment to find self fulfillment and JOY. 

She helps midlife female physicians to fully take back responsibility of their life, reclaiming their power, and reconnecting to their most authentic self and finding their purpose.
