This can be a bit of a crossroads for people on a health and fitness journey where there has been a focus on fat loss. It can be a bit confusing and a bit scary to dip your toes out into the unknown. I wanted to record this episode to help explain ways that can help you transition and give you some ideas of approaches you may want to take for your fat loss journey. This should be a pretty straight forward move if you have learned about nutrition, but it can also feel a bit overwhelming. Hopefully this episode gives you some reassurance and an idea of how to approach fat loss, so that when the time comes, the transition is plain sailing and the results are long lasting.
