About Eric-

Eric Legette has a master’s in educational leadership. He was a 2022-2023 Resident Associate at the National Humanities Center, researching the Nurturing Leadership Approach (NLA/Legette Effect). For over twenty years, Mr. Legette has dedicated his life to using his gifts and talents to help people learn effective ways to overcome obstacles and address problems that negatively impact their lives. As the Founder of Fathers With Voices (a non-profit that assisted non-custodial and divorced fathers obtain visitation rights and custody of their children between 1996 and 2016), He is the author of several books: Nurturing Leadership: Administrators and Teachers Working Together Post-Pandemic Era (2023), Classroom Management: When Class Rules No Longer Work-Adjusting to the Shift and Impact of Poverty in the Classroom (2018), and Does Anyone See My Pain: For Teenagers Dealing with Depression and Anxiety (2023).
