Winter is a beautiful season for inner renewal.

I know it may not seem like that all the time.

The holidays can also bring up much sadness and nostalgia.

Immune systems can also run down, making people more prone to viral illnesses.

In this brief podcast, I reviewed some of my favorite tips from foods, herbs, supplements, as well as a mind-body-spirit approach to winter wellness.
