Today's episode features Sukhi Benning. He currently lives in Montreal producing music and living his best zenful life. He speaks about meditation and how empowering it is not only to the mind but the body as well. He is a strong believer in being at peace with yourself and good things will happen. It was so inspiring to hear him speak about how passionate he is about making music and letting others other join him on his musical and spiritual journey. He has produced tracks from many genres of music and works with all kinds of artists. He hopes to inspire others with his work and his peaceful approach to life. He believes that there's beauty in simply being human.
