Anytime you're faced with deciding whether to say yes or no to an opportunity, you need to consider the opportunity cost. Because saying yes to one thing means you're saying no to something else.

After you've considered the opportunity cost and you've made your decision, it's important to remember that "No" is a complete sentence. And it doesn't require an apology.

And regardless of which opportunities you choose to say yes to, and which ones you choose to say no to, make sure you leave space in your life for the magic!
