Simon Lader began his career as a headhunter in 1997 and co-founded Salisi Human Capital in his hometown in Manchester in 2006 and moved to the US to establish his US branch in Las Vegas in 2013. And this 2020, he started the coaching and training company, Salisi Academy.

Simon was born and raised in Manchester, England. He married and had his first two children there. Now, he has three children. When he started working, he found himself always fired. He started his business at 22, selling car loans, and sold his business afterward.  After that, he applied for a recruitment agency, and that’s where he began his headhunter journey. When he was 29, he decided to go back to business and started the Salisi company. In July 2013, he went to the US and established their US branch.

They were catering to the cybersecurity industry, and when they were thinking about how to serve other industries, that’s when they started Salisi Academy, a coaching and training company.
