Delegation is motivation. 💪🏼

Or, at least it should be.

We're all looking for too many shortcuts and relief of responsibility.

I'm all for working harder, smarter, and on more important stuff, but at a certain point we have to understand the message we are sending to our people.

Delegation should not be our chance to pass of something we don't want to do.

It should be our chance to empower someone else to do even better work.
