In 2012 when I moved to Melbourne I stayed for two months in a hostel called Melbourne Connection Backpackers' Hostel on the corner of Lt Bourke and King St in the city. The other day I walked past and saw that it has been turned into an Indian restaurant. Yesterday I spoke to an old boy about growing up in Coburg in the 60s, 70s and 80s, and how the area has and hasn't changed. It just keeps going, hey!
