I've been waking up at 7am all week, not for any particular reason, but just because I figure it's good to wake up early and get a start on the day. I don't have any real reason to get up early, so I tend to sleep in until 9 or so if I let myself, and then I get grumpy that I don't get started until midday. I thought maybe this could be a way to change that? It's been wonderful, I go on morning walks, come home, have breakfast and coffee, and it's still only 8:30!
