Today I share a trick I use often to help get me through pain, be it physical or emotional - tried, tested and true. It's very easy to let the discomfort overshadow what's good, and also very easy (short term atleast) to avoid discomfort using false positivity. What I'm encouraging you to do here is allow for BOTH, simultaneously, a sort of emotional equilibrium. Give it a try!
