Dimitri is owner/operator of Smokey Dee's BBQ which is located on the island of Cypress in the Mediterranean Sea.  He mastered Texas Style BBQ through Franklin BBQ's YouTube page and a Barbecue pilgrimage he took to the US as his "Bachelor Party".
