This week's guest is Erica Blue, the CEO of Austin Sunshine Camps. Everyday she helps change the lives of kids today. Erica grew up in abusive household with alcoholic father who was in and out of prison. A kind gesture from a friends father sent her to summer camp for the first time and it completely changed her world view, leading to what she does now.
