Sarah White, owner of The Coastal Method joins Liz and Ashley on Party’s Over to talk all things, mantras, meditation, and marketing. Sarah is a full-time fitness instructor who recently left her full-time position at a tech company to pursue her passion, Yoga Sculpt. Sarah discovered Yoga Sculpt after she decided to no longer continue with her path as a D1 athlete. From there Sarah became certified and began to teach as many classes as possible.
